Melvin Moh

Melvin Moh is a professional race car driver with over 2 decades of competitive experience spanning karting, GT racing, and endurance championships across Asia and Europe. He founded LOR Racing to bring professional-grade driver development to Southeast Asia's growing karting community.

Melvin's karting career began under the mentorship of legendary Malaysian karting coach Richard Lim at RL Karting — the same programme that produced Formula 1 driver Rio Haryanto, and A1 Team Malaysia driver Aaron Lim. He went on to win the Asia Max Challenge in 2013 and the Malaysian Rotax Max Challenge in 2015.

In cars, Melvin has competed at some of motorsport's most demanding events. He finished 2nd at the Michelin 12 Hours of Spa in the GT3 AM category in 2025, took 3rd at the Shanghai 8 Hours in GT3 Pro-Am in 2024, won the TCR Spa 500 Pro-Am class in 2019, and claimed the China Endurance Championship outright in 2018.

Beyond racing, Melvin is a certified AMG Driving Academy instructor, bringing structured coaching methodology to every session. His approach combines the racecraft honed through years of competition with modern data analysis techniques — an approach he now applies to developing the next generation of drivers at LOR Racing.
